Frequently asked
Do you come to me?
Yes. Luxe Glow is a mobile studio — we travel to homes, venues and hotels across the Western Cape.
How is the travel fee calculated?
When you enter your address, we calculate the actual driving distance from our base and show the estimated travel fee before you submit. Some areas need a manual quote, in which case we confirm the fee with you.
Is my booking confirmed when I submit it?
Your request is received immediately and you'll get an acknowledgement email. We then confirm the appointment with you directly.
Can I send reference photos?
Yes — you can upload inspiration photos when booking, or share them with us on WhatsApp.
